Arkenfel ruined house 5 terrain preserves three levels of a substantial medieval building despite the destruction around them. Stone walls, arches and columns retain the formal architecture, while damaged areas expose the rooms and connections inside.

Each storey separates to provide access during play. Integrated internal stairs and multiple openings give the building a recognisable route through its surviving spaces, rather than leaving the upper levels as unrelated platforms. The combination can support a search that develops room by room or an encounter centred on reaching a particular part of the property.

Approximate dimensions are 197 × 187 × 191 mm for use with 28 mm and 32 mm miniatures. Minimal assembly is described. Position the house where players can reach the levels they intend to use, especially when it forms part of a dense district of other ruins. Any cover, elevated positions or sightlines should be established through the rules agreed for the scenario.

Delivered unpainted, ready to prime and paint, the model offers both broad masonry and finer architectural decoration. Darker interior shading can distinguish the rooms from the exposed façades, while highlights on stair edges make the route through the ruin easier to follow. A related palette with neighbouring Arkenfel pieces will connect the building to its city, leaving the broken levels to express its particular condition.
