Medieval smithy terrain from the Saxonia range, designed as a modular building for miniature battlefields. Inspired by northern architecture, it combines timber walls, a textured thatched roof and a stone base to capture the character of a medieval forge. Its style suits Rohan-inspired villages, the streets of Mordheim and other dark-fantasy or medieval settlements.

The open, modular structure gives miniatures access to the interior. A clearly defined forge area and an open internal space make the building a useful focus for a scenario. It can become a contested objective, a workshop visited during a roleplaying campaign or a familiar landmark in a Middle-earth skirmish. Choose its effects on movement, cover and visibility according to the rules of your game.

Made from high-strength PLA+, the model includes separate roof, wall, forge and base sections for assembly and transport. Sculpted timber beams, roof textures and chimney details give you different surfaces to pick out when painting. The modular arrangement also makes the individual sections easier to reach.

Supplied unpainted, ready to prime and paint. Use acrylic paints to develop your own colours for the timber, stone and thatch. A coordinated finish helps the smithy sit naturally alongside other village buildings. Its architectural style can be used in high-fantasy, historical-inspired or gothic-horror settings, or as part of a miniature diorama.
