Hexengarde Ember Lane Ruin

Hexengarde Ember Lane Ruin combines two accessible levels, a wooden balcony and an interior stair. Stonework, exposed framing and a partly collapsed pitched roof define the damaged house.

Hexengarde Ember Lane Ruin preserves a damaged house through stone walls, timber framing and surviving arched windows. Its pitched roof has partly collapsed, exposing beams and debris inside. A wooden balcony on the upper floor adds a distinctive feature to the frontage, while an internal stair connects that level with the ground floor.

The two-storey structure is hollow and accessible, allowing miniatures to occupy the areas used in an encounter. Removable roof, beam and rubble sections form part of its modular construction. That arrangement also makes the different surfaces easier to approach when preparing the model’s painted finish.

The ruin can become a former home in an abandoned settlement, a place characters are sent to search or one building along a devastated street. Consider how the balcony and entrances face neighbouring terrain, then establish which positions and routes your chosen rules allow. The architecture supports a setting without prescribing a fixed amount of protection.

It is supplied unpainted, ready to prime and paint. Different tones for the stone, exposed timber and roof tiles can explain the former construction, while a common weathered finish ties the damaged parts together. Shading beneath the balcony and around the stair can preserve the depth of the interior, leaving brighter broken edges to describe the collapse.
