Shipping times start when the parcel is handed to the carrier and exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Parcels are dispatched Monday to Friday. We manufacture and pack on Saturdays; we do not work on Sundays.

Briarwood timber framed house terrain contrasts a substantial stone lower storey with timber and plaster above. A pitched roof of overlapping tiles and a central chimney complete the medieval profile, making the house a useful addition to a village street or an older urban quarter.

The building separates by level to provide access to its interior. The interior has an open arrangement without a fixed upper floor, creating a taller internal space rather than a conventional enclosed room on each storey. Consider that arrangement when planning how miniatures will use the building and which positions your encounter requires.

Its listed dimensions are 180 mm wide, 123 mm deep and 195 mm high, for use alongside 28 mm and 32 mm miniatures. Those proportions allow the roof and chimney to stand above nearby lower scenery. Positioning the house along a road gives its façade a clear relationship to approaches and neighbouring properties, while a more isolated placement can suggest a rural home.

The printed model is supplied unpainted, ready to prime and paint. Pronounced stone, beam and tile textures offer different surfaces to distinguish with colour. A quiet plaster tone can keep the timber pattern readable, and shading beneath the eaves will separate the roof from the walls. Use the finished building within the movement and sightline conventions of your chosen game.
