Briarwood Shop 3

Briarwood shop 3 terrain places a timber-framed upper room above an open stone arcade. Pointed arches and pillars create a covered passage at street level, while the cobbled base gives the building a setting within the surrounding town. This open lower arrangement distinguishes it from a shop with a closed ground-floor façade.

Above the arcade, carved beams and diamond lattice windows continue the Tudor-inspired architecture. Three separate triangular gables break up the tiled roofline. The upper interior includes a detailed plank floor and a fixed internal staircase connecting the levels, providing a recognisable route through the building.

The roof, upper storey and lower base separate for access to miniatures. Listed dimensions are 182 mm wide, 144 mm deep and 165 mm high, for 28 mm and 32 mm settings. Place the arcade towards a square or along a narrow road to make its sheltered street-level passage part of the scene you are preparing.

This model arrives unpainted, ready to prime and paint. Darker shading beneath the arches will reinforce the difference between the open ground floor and the enclosed room above. Lighter edges on the gables and latticework can then draw attention to the roof and windows. Agree how the passage, stairs and upper room operate under your chosen game rules before the encounter begins.
