Vladistov large shop 3 terrain extends a medieval commercial building through four storeys. A stone lower level supports three timber-framed upper floors, with a tall side chimney and projecting balconies adding separate vertical and horizontal features to the outline.

The tiled pitched roof has a pronounced eave and carved beam ends. Shuttered windows and an exterior staircase continue the detail across the façade, giving the building an inhabited character suitable for a shop, workshop or guild property. Its larger scale within the street can help identify an important business or a recurring campaign destination.

The storeys and roof sections separate for access to the interior. Miniatures can occupy the levels used in an encounter without the whole building having to be removed from its position. Consider how players will reach the rooms and balconies when arranging nearby terrain, then establish movement and visibility under your own rules. The exterior stairway can also help explain the building’s relationship with a side lane or yard.

Supplied unpainted, ready to prime and paint, the model offers a clear sequence of materials to distinguish. A consistent timber treatment can connect the three upper floors, while changes in wall-panel tone prevent the large façade from appearing flat. Darker shadows beneath balconies and eaves will reinforce the layered architecture, leaving smaller highlights to define the decorative carving.
