7 Varied Rocks

Seven rock terrain set pieces add irregular natural forms to a fantasy landscape. The pack includes seven rocks of different shapes and sizes, allowing the ground to vary without relying on buildings or straight boundaries. Their silhouettes can contrast with the more geometric scenery already in your collection.

The main photograph shows all complete pieces unpainted, while additional images reveal surface relief and example arrangements. A reference miniature is not included. You can distribute the rocks along a path, place them around an encounter area or break up the appearance of an otherwise open field.

Think about what the group means within the landscape. A route between rocks suggests a different approach from a gathering place framed by them. Leave miniature positions reachable and establish cover, movement and sightlines according to your chosen system. The scenic forms can be rearranged between sessions while remaining part of the same campaign geography.

The default scale is 28 mm, with 10, 15, 20, 32 and 35 mm offered too. Supplied unpainted, ready to prime and paint, the rocks provide faces and edges for contrasting tones. A dark wash can define recesses, followed by drybrushing on exposed surfaces. Colours shared with the table’s ground can unite the varied shapes, while small differences prevent the seven pieces from appearing as identical blocks.
