Neocity building 7 steampunk terrain combines brick-and-metal architecture with exposed pipes and prominent ventilation ducts. Its industrial character can sit within a Victorian-inspired fantasy district or a more futuristic dystopian setting, depending on the surrounding scenery and painted finish.

The two principal façades differ: one carries gridded windows and street-level entrances, while the other includes a large modular panel that can be painted as a sign, screen or metal surface. Outside service stairs, projecting platforms and walkways connect the different heights, giving the building a detailed outline beyond its basic block shape.

Accessible interiors allow miniatures to occupy the rooms during an encounter. The model measures 320 × 185 × 220 mm. Consider which side should face the main street and how the stair route meets neighbouring terrain, then determine movement and visibility through your selected rules.
