Goblin moon shrine terrain builds a ritual landmark around a large crescent moon. Platforms, steps and rock-like details complete the Moon Shrine model, giving its outline a clear focal shape. The documented dimensions are 145 × 218 × 139 mm, and the main photograph shows the complete group painted as a finish reference.

The shrine can belong to a goblin cave, a fantastic landscape or a place set apart for a ceremony. You might make it the destination of an expedition or the objective around which rival bands meet. Decide what the moon represents in your campaign so that the landmark has a role beyond its visual theme.

Plan the approach to the steps and platforms alongside the surrounding terrain. Players need to reach the miniature areas used in the encounter, while the chosen rules determine cover, access and sightlines. Any magical or ceremonial effects should come from your scenario rather than being assumed as properties of the physical model.

Choose 10, 15, 20, 28, 32 or 35 mm, with 28 mm as the default. The shrine is supplied unpainted, ready to prime and paint. A contrast between the crescent and rock-like structure can make the central form stand out. Shading around steps and platform edges then gives the surrounding architecture definition without competing with the moon’s recognisable silhouette.
