Briarwood ruined shop 3 terrain keeps a covered passage beneath the remains of an upper commercial building. Supports and arches leave the ground floor open, so the structure can frame a route through the street rather than simply standing across it as a solid obstacle.
Above that passage, damaged timber framing, broken walls and surviving roof sections reveal a shop that has suffered substantial destruction. A staircase connects the different heights, giving the elevated area a visible approach. These features allow the lower route and the upstairs remains to play different roles within the same encounter.
The listed dimensions are 260 × 163 × 168 mm. Place the open frontage towards a square to make the sheltered space readable, or align it with adjoining buildings to create a passage across a ruined trading district. A search might begin beneath the arches and continue upstairs, while a skirmish can use the differing heights according to the rules agreed by the players.
The model is supplied unpainted, ready to prime and paint. Shadows beneath the arches can strengthen the depth of the lower space, while lighter broken edges make the upper damage stand out. Timber, roof and stone colours can share the palette of other Briarwood ruins without giving every façade the same finish. That variation helps the shop retain a recognisable identity within a larger devastated town.
