Four dungeon chests provide different designs for the valuables, stores or discoveries in a fantasy adventure. Their lids, reinforcement details and locks distinguish one chest from another, giving a group of small terrain pieces individual identities. The main photograph presents all four complete models without paint.
Another image helps reveal the motifs of each design. Small figures appearing beside the chests are reference miniatures and are not included. You can distribute the pieces between different rooms or group them in a treasury, a storehouse or another location where their presence has a reason within the story.
A chest can identify a reward or a narrative objective without determining what is inside it. Decide which role applies in your adventure, and use the chosen rules for any search, discovery or interaction. Giving different designs consistent meanings across a campaign can make the scenery recognisable when characters encounter similar locations again.
The selector offers 10, 15, 20, 28, 32 and 35 mm, with 28 mm selected by default. Supplied unpainted, ready to prime and paint, the models allow separate treatment of lids, locks and reinforcing bands. Differences in colour or wear can help distinguish the four chests, while related shading keeps them coherent with the surrounding dungeon furniture and the wider fantasy setting.
