Briarwood Berrytyne river ferry terrain gives a water crossing a recognisable landing place. A raised timber hut with a stone chimney stands among plank walkways, piles and two substantial rock bases. The arrangement can connect a fantasy riverbank with the route that travellers take through the wider landscape.
Printed connectors join the modular sections, allowing the wooden paths to be arranged in different layouts. Depending on their assembly, the overall length is approximately 60–70 cm. The hut has a pitched roof, lattice windows and a working door, adding a small building to the crossing rather than leaving it as a bare stretch of decking.
Wood grain, individual planks, rope details and irregular rock surfaces offer distinct textures throughout the set. The design suits 28 mm and 32 mm miniature settings. When planning an encounter, decide where figures approach the landing and which walkway sections connect with the surrounding table. The crossing might serve as a meeting point, a checkpoint or the place where a journey changes direction.
The pieces come unpainted, ready to prime and paint. Darker tones near the lower timber and shaded crevices in the rocks can suggest exposure to water. A related palette across the hut and walkways will join the modular elements visually, while your chosen rules determine movement, access and any cover within the riverside scene.
