Baba Yaga cottage terrain gives a fantasy adventure a residence associated with legend. The Baba Yaga’s Cottage model belongs to Shadowfey Wilds, with recorded dimensions of approximately 145 × 166 × 280 mm. It can be the destination of a search or a location whose discovery changes the direction of a campaign.

Decide how much the characters know before they arrive. A place sought deliberately carries a different atmosphere from one encountered unexpectedly during a journey. Roads, woodland and other terrain from your collection can establish the approach, allowing the model to belong to the landscape rather than appearing without context.

The cottage can become a recurring landmark as the party’s relationship with its story develops. Plan the miniature positions used during the encounter and keep them reachable for the players. Any magical role, movement effect or access rule should come from your own scenario and chosen system, not an assumption about the physical model based on the legend.

The default scale is 28 mm, with 10, 15, 20, 32 and 35 mm also available. Supplied unpainted, ready to prime and paint, the cottage leaves its final mood to your finish. Colours related to nearby forest scenery can connect it with the world, while shading, highlights and selective wear can make the residence feel unlike the more ordinary buildings the characters have visited.
