Orc palisades for fantasy camp terrain. These fences from the Orcs collection represent a palisade built from irregular posts and wooden crosspieces. The catalogue cover shows the set arranged as an enclosure and lets you examine the sections forming its perimeter. Use it to mark out a camp, accompany tents or separate part of a settlement from the rest of the table. Uneven post tips give it the outline of an improvised construction. Grain and joints provide details for wood colours, edge highlights and signs of use. The different views in the image are layout references for the same product. The illustrated colours are a painting reference.
Before setting up a game, decide how the terrain will be used and leave enough space to move your miniatures. Reposition it between encounters and combine it with pieces from your existing collection. Cover, access points and other game effects depend on your chosen rules and what you agree with the other players. You can also reserve this feature for a recurring campaign location or include it in a diorama. Choosing colours that relate to nearby buildings helps keep your setting consistent when you change the layout of the scenario.
The default scale is 28 mm; 10, 15, 20, 32 and 35 mm options are also available. Choose the scale that matches your miniatures and the rest of your gaming table. Supplied unpainted, ready to prime and paint. Add shading, highlight the raised details and paint wear to connect it with your setting.
