Tulipa alien spines bring tall points and curved organic silhouettes into an invasion landscape. Their surfaces and outlines provide a contrast to conventional buildings, allowing the terrain itself to suggest an unfamiliar presence. The main photograph shows the complete printed set without paint, while the gallery renders reveal the relief and alternative views of the designs.
Position the spines alongside biological-looking structures, use them to mark the advance of an infestation or establish an area that an expedition needs to examine. A group placed near the edge of a settlement can tell a different story from the same forms standing deep within an already alien environment. Any miniatures used in the images for size comparison are not included.
The scale selector offers 10, 15, 20, 28, 32 and 35 mm, with 28 mm selected by default. Match the chosen size with the other pieces in the scene and consider how the tall profiles relate to the open areas needed for moving miniatures. The game’s rules determine their effects on access, cover and visibility.
The models arrive unpainted, ready to prime and paint. Gradual colour transitions can follow the curves, with stronger highlights at the points helping to describe the shape. Repeating selected colours from nearby alien structures will connect the set with the landscape without obscuring its distinctive silhouette.
