Tau Tidewall shieldline terrain gives a science-fiction position a defined defensive theme. The Tau Tidewall Shieldline reference can mark a guarded approach, the boundary of an installation or an area that opposing groups need to control. Its role can develop from the purpose of the facility around it.

Decide what lies beyond the line and why access matters to the encounter. A routine arrival at a known site creates a different scene from an investigation or an attempt to reach a contested position. Buildings, roads and other terrain from your collection can explain how the shieldline belongs to a wider settlement or base.

The campaign supplies the objectives, while the chosen game’s rules determine movement, cover and visibility. Leave the relevant miniature areas reachable and agree how the represented defence is treated before play. The model’s name and faction theme do not establish official affiliation or a particular rule effect for the physical scenery.

The default scale is 28 mm, with 10, 15, 20, 32 and 35 mm offered as alternatives. Supplied unpainted, ready to prime and paint, the shieldline can share colours with nearby futuristic structures or stand out as a specific boundary. Shading and selective wear can establish whether the position is maintained, recently occupied or part of a location whose condition has changed over the campaign.
