Silver Haven house 3 terrain gives a two-storey elven home a projecting circular balcony above its stone base. Carved upper timberwork, a scale-tiled roof and two pointed side spires combine into an outline that is both domestic and distinctly fantastic.

A hinged wooden door opens onto the balcony, while the main entrance below is framed by twisted columns and a pointed arch. Tall windows continue the refined style across the walls. The interior is hollow and accessible, with a wooden upper floor and a staircase that makes the relationship between the two levels visible.

The model is supplied in separate pieces for assembly and access, with listed dimensions of 160 × 113 × 170 mm. Place the balcony towards a square, garden or street to give that projecting feature a clear relationship with the surrounding setting. A campaign might use the home as a place to visit or a familiar residence along a recurring route. Apply your selected rules to any movement or positions within the structure.

The pieces are delivered unpainted, ready to prime and paint. Distinguishing the carved timber from the lower masonry will make the storeys easy to read. Subtle highlights on the balcony edge and spires can draw attention to their shapes, while a contrasting roof finish picks out the scales. The final colours remain yours to connect with the wider Silver Haven settlement.
