Shipping times start when the parcel is handed to the carrier and exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Parcels are dispatched Monday to Friday. We manufacture and pack on Saturdays; we do not work on Sundays.

Neocity building 4 terrain builds a futuristic urban structure through stacking storeys and external connections. Stairs, walkways and projecting platforms give the façades a series of raised routes, making the outside of the building as important to its silhouette as the rooms within.

Barred windows, air-conditioning units, ventilation ducts and access panels establish the industrial detail. The modular arrangement can be considered as part of a larger urban block or used as a more isolated facility, depending on how it meets the rest of your scenery.

Accessible interiors let miniatures occupy the building during a search, a defence or an encounter that moves between floors. Think about which exterior route leads towards the positions relevant to your scenario and leave room to reach the internal areas used in play. Any tactical benefits from height, shelter or line of sight should be resolved through your chosen rules rather than assumed from the architecture.

The model is delivered unpainted, ready to prime and paint. Using a consistent main wall colour can hold the stacked levels together, while utility units and platform edges receive distinct treatments. Darker shading beneath the projections will emphasise their depth. Selected wear along stairs and entrances can suggest frequent traffic, giving the building a particular history within your science-fiction district without relying on a different repeated colour pattern on every floor.
