Crossed beam tank trap terrain introduces static obstacles to a battlefield where armoured vehicles form part of the story. This pack contains twenty units supplied as a kit requiring assembly. Each trap represents crossed steel-style beams with central reinforcement and details suggesting welded or riveted construction.
Once assembled, the pieces can be arranged as a continuous obstacle line or spread across separate areas. A fortified landing zone, a defensive boundary or abandoned military equipment can each use the same forms in a different setting. Their physical finish represents metal; the models themselves are unpainted scenic pieces.
Plan the gaps and approaches before placing the traps. An obstacle field should have a relationship with the mission and surrounding terrain rather than simply filling empty ground. The game system you use determines whether the represented barriers restrict vehicles, affect infantry or provide cover. Keep relevant miniature positions reachable and agree those rules before the encounter starts.
After assembly, the kit is ready to prime and paint. Darker joints can separate the crossed beams, while drybrushing along exposed edges clarifies each shape. Rust tones and dirt near the bases can connect the group with a neglected battlefield, or a more consistent metal treatment can suggest recently placed defences. The twenty separate units allow the final line to be developed around your own scenario.
