Three High Elf waystones bring different states of preservation to the same fantasy theme. The set contains one intact stone and two damaged examples, letting you suggest a route or location whose significance has survived even where parts of it have been lost. Their identity connects them with a High Elf-inspired setting without fixing a particular campaign history.
Place the stones along an approach, group them as the remains of an old boundary or make one the landmark an expedition is trying to find. The contrast between intact and damaged pieces can become a clue within the story, but it does not need to imply a magical effect. You decide what the stones meant to the people who placed them.
The three pieces can also connect separate encounter areas through a shared visual motif. A recognisable waystone can make the return to a familiar route feel meaningful even when other scenery is rearranged. Establish any effects on movement, cover or access through your chosen rules rather than assuming an ability from the fantasy theme.
The models are supplied unpainted, ready to prime and paint. Related colours will make the stones belong to one tradition, while different shading or weathering can distinguish the damaged examples from the intact one. Choose a finish that connects them with the landscape or makes them a deliberate contrast within it.
