Hexengarde Stevedores Guild Ruin preserves a three-storey guildhouse as an open medieval fantasy building. Pointed windows, exposed timber beams and worn masonry establish the exterior, while broken plank floors continue the same damaged appearance inside. Its former guild role gives the structure a place within the working life of a ruined city.

Each level is a separate section that stacks above the one below. Removing upper parts provides access to lower floors without lifting the entire building, allowing miniatures to occupy the interior spaces selected for an encounter. The modular construction also makes the individual levels accessible when preparing their painted finish.

The building is designed for 28 mm miniatures and can join other Gothic fantasy structures in a devastated district. It might be the location of a search, the former headquarters of a local organisation or a recurring landmark near a route through the city. Resolve movement between levels and any cover or sightline effects through the rules used for the game.

Supplied unpainted, ready to prime and paint, the ruin offers distinct textures in stone, timber and broken roofing. A wash can define beam joints and plank gaps, while drybrushing exposes the worn masonry edges. Keeping related tones across the separate levels will help the assembled guildhouse read as one building with a shared history.
