Ulvheim grand merchant house terrain gives a market district an imposing commercial property. Its covered ground-floor gallery is formed by stone arches, substantial columns and timber beams, creating a frontage with depth rather than a flat wall. Above it, a wooden balcony adds another layer to the building’s street presence.

Carved brackets support an upper projection, and lattice windows, entrance stairs and a pitched roof enrich the outline. Dormers and decorative finials complete the roofline. The combination suits a prominent trader’s premises, a guild quarter or a main street where the size and architecture of each property help tell the story of the town.

The building is hollow, providing space for miniatures inside. The covered gallery can also form part of an encounter around the exterior, whether the scene involves a meeting, an ambush or the defence of a busy square. Leave room for players to reach the areas they will use, and decide how the arcade and upper positions function within the rules of your game.

This PLA+ model comes unpainted, ready to prime and paint. Contrasting the stone arches with the timber balcony will make the layered construction stand out. Shading beneath the gallery can strengthen its depth, while lighter edges on tiles and carved brackets draw attention to the finer work that distinguishes this larger merchant property from simpler village homes.
