Runestone altar terrain comprising seven pieces for fantasy wargames. Inspired by Stonehenge-style megalithic monuments, this druidic setting brings an ancient, mystical character to a battlefield. Use it as a summoning site, a mission objective or raised terrain within your chosen scenario.
The set includes an elevated central platform, two trilithons, three individual standing stones and one fallen rock. Each trilithon has two upright stones supporting a horizontal lintel. Deep Celtic knotwork and raised magical symbols run across the pieces. The central platform is designed to hold miniatures, making it a focal point for a clan leader, wizard or other important character.
Arrange the stones as a single sacred enclosure or distribute them to suit the scene. Separate elements let you build a recognisable ritual location and connect it with woodland, ruins or other terrain. Agree the effects of cover, movement and elevation according to your game’s rules.
The set is 3D printed in PLA+, with stone-like surfaces and defined engravings. Supplied unpainted, ready to prime and paint. Washes settle into the carved symbols while drybrushing picks out raised knotwork and stone edges. Choose a finish suggesting an ancient sacred monument, a weathered ruin or a maintained ritual site, matching the surrounding terrain in your collection.
