Elven living throne terrain combines a ceremonial seat with forms that recall interwoven branches. The organic chair rises from a stepped base, with the branching backrest giving the design its most recognisable feature. The main photograph shows the complete painted throne in a woodland setting, while another view reveals its profile.
You can use the model as the focus of a gathering, a ceremonial seat or an important point in an elven adventure. Think about who is entitled to sit here and what the surrounding place means to the characters. Those narrative decisions can make a relatively focused scenic piece significant within a much larger campaign.
Trees, miniatures and other landscape elements used in the photographs are not included. Build the setting around the throne from your own collection, keeping the approach and relevant miniature positions reachable. Its ceremonial identity does not impose a game effect; access, cover or objectives should be established through the rules and scenario you choose.
The throne is supplied unpainted, ready to prime and paint, with 10, 15, 20, 28, 32 and 35 mm options; 28 mm is the default. Recessed shadows and highlights along the backrest can separate the intertwined forms. A finish that relates the seat to its woodland surroundings can suggest architecture grown into the setting, while the base can help the ceremonial position stand out.
