Futuristic floor hatch terrain with a square-edged frame, a circular opening and a cover for representing open or closed access. The main photograph shows the complete pieces unpainted; the other image provides a design reference. Integrate it into the floor of a station, underground installation or science-fiction ship. Panels and edges add detail to larger floor areas. The reference miniature in the photograph is not included. Use different colours and weathering effects to distinguish the frame and cover.
Before setting up a game, decide what role the terrain will play and leave room to move your miniatures. Change its position between encounters and combine it with your existing collection. Cover, access and other effects depend on your chosen rules and what you agree with the other players. You can also reserve it for a recurring campaign location or include it in a diorama. Matching its colours to nearby terrain helps maintain a coherent setting when you rearrange the pieces between sessions.
The default scale is 28 mm; you can also choose 10, 15, 20, 32 or 35 mm. Select the option that suits your miniatures and the rest of your table. Supplied unpainted, ready to prime and paint. Choose your own colour scheme, shade the recesses and highlight the raised details to integrate the model into your setting.
