Tulipa two alien spires add a pair of elevated organic forms to a science-fiction scene. Details run across their curved bodies, producing surfaces that can be explored through shading as well as a silhouette that stands above lower barriers and scatter terrain. The photographs show both complete pieces without paint and provide additional views of their profiles.
The pair can identify the edge of an alien enclave, a place of unfamiliar growth or an infested landscape encountered during an expedition. Place them together when the scenario calls for a clear landmark, or separate them to connect different areas through a shared visual language. Their relationship with the nearby terrain can suggest whether the growth is isolated or widespread.
Select from 10, 15, 20, 28, 32 and 35 mm, with 28 mm chosen by default. Consider the height of your other scenery when choosing the scale, then leave suitable space around the models for the miniatures involved in play. Any influence on routes or visibility comes from the rules and the agreement of the players.
The spires are delivered unpainted, ready to prime and paint. Smooth transitions along the curves can distinguish their bodies from the bases, while selective highlights bring out the surface relief. You can keep both pieces in a common palette or introduce subtle differences that give each formation its own place within the same alien environment.
