Tulipa Evolved alien spores rise above irregular bases on stalk-like organic forms. The group’s changing heights and silhouettes suggest an infestation landscape rather than a repeated row of identical objects. The main photograph shows the complete group, making the relationship between the different forms visible.
You can distribute the spores through hostile territory, concentrate them near a location that matters to the mission or use their presence to identify an area of exploration. Their arrangement can suggest whether the alien growth is scattered or gathering around one part of the terrain. Miniatures used in the photographs are scale references and are not included.
A campaign can return to the same spore-marked location after an earlier encounter, giving the terrain a continuing significance. Decide how the scenario treats the area and what routes miniatures need before placing the pieces. The organic theme does not supply an automatic hazard: cover, movement and other effects follow the rules you choose.
The available scales are 10, 15, 20, 28, 32 and 35 mm, with 28 mm as the default. Supplied unpainted, ready to prime and paint, the group can take related colours with subtle differences between forms. Shading the stalks and irregular bases separately from the higher structures can make the varied outlines easier to read across a populated science-fiction table.
