Damochles three storey corner ruin preserves the façade of a former industrial building across three heights. Large arched windows and buttresses establish its Gothic structure, while substantial pipes and a circular vent at ground level explain its factory setting. Those lower mechanical features distinguish it from a purely residential ruin.

The corner format gives the remaining walls a clear relationship to the spaces around them. It can define the end of a street, the edge of a factory block or part of a larger group of damaged buildings. Its open form lets the interior levels become part of the scene rather than concealing them behind a complete shell.

When planning an encounter, decide which openings and positions are relevant to the mission. The three levels can provide a vertical route within the story, but movement, access and any protection offered by walls should follow the chosen rules. Position the piece so players can reach the miniatures and see the areas that matter during play.

It arrives unpainted, ready to prime and paint. Brick-like texture, rivets and cracks can each receive a different emphasis without losing a common industrial palette. Darker pipes at the base can anchor the structure visually, while highlights along the window arches and broken upper edges keep its damaged architecture clear from the opposite side of the table.
