Neocity building 5 terrain combines a compact science-fiction block with an open upper platform. Two main heights give the structure a clear layered outline, while railings and corner details frame the upper area without enclosing it as another room.

The façades carry barred windows, corrugated access doors, panels, ventilation ducts and air-conditioning units. These utility features make the building feel connected to an inhabited industrial district. Exterior stairs and multiple openings link the outside routes with accessible interior spaces for miniatures.

The upper platform can acquire a role within your own scenario, such as an observation point or a location characters need to reach. Its exact use should follow the miniature positions the model permits and the rules chosen for the encounter. Place nearby roads and buildings so that the approaches remain understandable, especially when the scene is part of a denser Neocity layout.

The piece is supplied unpainted, ready to prime and paint. A different floor treatment on the open platform can distinguish it from the wall panels below, with dark recesses around corrugated doors adding depth at street level. Highlighting selected railing edges and stair details will keep the route readable. Your final weathering can connect the building with a busy maintained facility or a district showing the accumulated wear of everyday industrial use.
