Small two storey Gothic ruin preserves a building corner through two levels, elongated windows and broken wall edges. The complete model is shown from a direction that reveals both its exterior and interior space, making the relationship between the surviving façade and platform clear. Its documented dimensions are 164 × 89 × 150 mm.

The smaller form can sit among other fragments in a destroyed urban area or become one recognisable former property within a wider science-fiction district. Consider how its windows face the route used in the encounter and how the corner relates to nearby buildings. Its place in the street can give it a role beyond another isolated obstacle.

A campaign might send characters to search the location or use it as a familiar point while exploring a different part of the city. Decide which spaces miniatures occupy and how access and visibility work through the rules you play. The model’s damaged walls do not assign a fixed amount of cover.

It is supplied unpainted, ready to prime and paint, with 10, 15, 20, 28, 32 and 35 mm options; 28 mm is the default. The render illustrates the design rather than a required finish. Shading the window recesses and highlighting fractured edges can make the compact ruin readable within your own chosen palette.
