Large three storey Gothic ruin creates a stepped outline from uneven wall heights and exposed interior platforms. Narrow windows break up the façades, while the open arrangement reveals how the three levels relate to one another. The documented dimensions are 239 × 164 × 225 mm, giving the former building a substantial presence within an urban scene.

The main image shows the complete model and the distribution of floors and openings. It can join other façades to suggest a devastated street or become a prominent former property within a science-fiction encounter. Consider how the changing wall heights face neighbouring terrain rather than treating every side of the building as the same approach.

A scenario might involve searching the ruin, identifying it from a distance or reaching a position selected by the campaign. Decide which platforms are used and apply your chosen rules to movement, visibility and cover. The three-storey form supplies the setting without determining an automatic tactical benefit.

Available scales are 10, 15, 20, 28, 32 and 35 mm, with 28 mm selected by default. Supplied unpainted, ready to prime and paint, the model offers window relief and damaged edges for shading and highlights. A darker interior treatment can distinguish the platforms, while a common wall palette unifies the stepped structure with your wider ruined district.
