61 mm industrial support pillars provide the lower structure for a raised platform system. This pack contains ten supports, giving you a group of matching components for planning an industrial walkway, maintenance area or another elevated part of a science-fiction installation. Their role is structural scenery rather than a complete platform set.

Start with the surfaces you want to support and consider where each pillar belongs beneath them. The listed 61 mm height offers a useful reference when comparing the pieces with the dimensions of your existing collection. The design is intended for Sector Mechanicus-style modular layouts, where supports, walkways and access routes combine into a larger facility.

Ten separate pieces allow you to think about more than one area of the table. You might develop a continuous route, support several smaller positions or reserve some pillars for a later expansion. Confirm the arrangement with the actual neighbouring terrain before committing to a build. Miniatures and other scenery shown in the reference photographs are excluded.

The pillars come unpainted, ready to prime and paint. Giving them the same base colour as an existing industrial framework can make the new supports look like part of the original construction. Shading the recessed detail and highlighting exposed edges will help define each support beneath the platforms, where a darker finish can otherwise make the structure difficult to read.
